Sojitz Aerospace develops a wide range of operations, including those related to aviation, space, and security equipment.
We cater to heavy industrial machinery manufacturers and airlines in Japan by collaborating with aircraft manufactures, such as the Boeing Company, RUAG Aerospace Services GmbH, and Bombardier Inc., and major manufacturers of security and other equipment, materials, and passenger seats (business and premium class), among other business partners.
Also, we conduct logistics support for exporting and transporting aircraft fuselage structures and engine materials as well as maintenance, repair, and overhaul transactions.
Subsidiary Sojitz Aerospace America Corporation conducts the sale of satellite communication equipment for the customers in the United States along with other businesses.
SPACE
We conduct the import and sale of materials and components for space exploration applications, which are used in Japan’s satellites and launch vehicles, as the Japanese sales representative for manufacturers of these articles.
Satellite Communication Products
Sojitz Aerospace America supplies the North American and Latin American markets with satellite communication products, including block-up converters from Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc., low-noise block downconverters, and German-made RF over fiber converters.
AIRCRAFT SUPPORT
We offer a wide range of services to support commercial aircrafts, including sales of various materials and components and sales and logistics support.
ENGINES
We are contracted to import engines (propulsion / generation) for the various destroyer vessels and engine components for the anti-submarine maritime surveillance aircraft used by the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.
MANUFACTURING AND TEST EQUIPMENT
As a sales representative for ASE Holdings, Inc., we introduce a variety of equipment into Japan and also conduct import and sales of this equipment.
AIRCRAFT CABIN INTERIORS
We supply passenger seats for all classes manufactured by B/E Aerospace, Inc. A part of Collins Aerospace. In Japan, we are developing a track record centered on business class seats.

The Dornier 228 NG has been operated by New Central Airservice Co., Ltd. They are operating five Dornier 228 aircraft for the air routes between Chofu and Oshima, Niijima, Kozushima, and Miyakejima.
MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND OVERHAUL
We can provide MRO services for various aircraft engines, including the TPE331 turboprop engine, through StandardAero, Inc.
As a sales agent of the Business & General Aviation segment of Honeywell International Inc., we are able to provide MRO services for various avionics.
